To provide skill development services effectively, the MIS collects specific data including but not limited to:

• Organizational Data: Registration numbers, PAN, GSTIN, operational addresses, and financial capability info supplied by Training Partners.
• Candidate Demographics: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Category (SC/ST/OBC), Domicile Status, and Educational Qualifications.
• Sensitive Candidate Data: Aadhaar Card Numbers (used strictly for duplication checks), Phone numbers, and Bank Account/IFSC codes (strictly utilized for Government Direct Benefit Transfers - DBT).
• System Meta-Data: IP Addresses, login timestamps, and session activity logs for system security and audit trails.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected via this portal is exclusively used for government-authorized purposes:

• To allocate training targets to partners and process batch approvals.
• To monitor student attendance, training lifecycles, and certify beneficiaries.
• To execute Post-Training tracking including Placement outcomes, tracking employer data, and salaries to calculate the success of Government initiatives.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to external commercial entities or marketers under any circumstance.

3. Data Protection & Security

The SICB MIS employs robust, enterprise-grade security architecture to safeguard sensitive information. This includes Server-Side Session Tracking, Password Encryption (BCRYPT standards), SSL protocol (HTTPS) transmission, and bot-deflection through reCAPTCHA systems. Physical and electronic access to the core database is strictly restricted to authorized State Department officials.

4. Data Transparency (For Candidates)

Training Partners acting on behalf of the Department are strictly mandated to obtain explicit consent from Candidates before enrolling their Aadhaar and banking details onto the SICB MIS portal. Candidates hold the right to approach the respective training centers to review the data entered into their digital profiles.
